The Location
Our 18-hole golf course covers 6,385 yards of Epping Forest in Chingford. While meandering through the trees and well-kept greens, you are also treated to breathtaking views of London’s skyline. Iconic landmarks such as the London Eye and Canary Wharf can be seen from holes 5 and 9 and the course itself has various hills and water hazards to navigate. Our course has also been listed as one of the top ten golf courses in Essex by top100golfcourses.co.uk. As well as this, we have the smallest championship green in England, of just 14 yards. The Prices
There are various packages you can book depending on your skill level as a golf player. At West Essex Golf Club, this includes 18, 27, or 36 holes of golf. The prices, or Green Fees, are reasonable, with discounts for members. If you want to book your tee time on a weekday, as a non-member, the price is currently £50 from November until March and £60 from April until September. If you would rather golf in the evening, this price is reduced to £30 and £50 respectively. Members can enjoy a price of £35 no matter the season. You can speak to our friendly and experienced team about availability and putting together a package for you and your friends.

Once you have booked your days on the course, you will no doubt be looking for luxurious accommodation to complete your golf mini break. Luckily, since West Essex Golf Club is so close to London, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to hotels. There is the 5-star Funky Monk Hotel, located in Epping, which offers deluxe double rooms, an onsite spa and wellness centre, and a concierge service.
